RideReady is an easy, online resource for all your service and maintenance needs. Now you can easily schedule service online with your local dealer. You also can access How-To videos, maintenance information and safety/recall alerts at your fingertips.
Use the RideReady Dealer Locator for a list of participating RideReady service dealers. Please check back if you do not see a dealer near you as local dealers are being added.
Creating an Account
Visit RideReadyService.com to create an account. You can edit your name, phone number, address, preferred dealers and your vehicles at any time by clicking on the WELCOME button in the upper-right corner.
After logging in, select the MY GARAGE tab at the top of the page to view the information for your preferred dealer and schedule service. You can also view any notifications and view the vehicles you have added to your garage.
Vehicles will be visible in the MY VEHICLES section. To add a vehicle to your garage, click the ADD VEHICLE button on the right side.
Click on a vehicle to view more details like the year, model number, VIN and warranty information.
Use the HELPFUL LINKS section to view how-to videos for that specific model, the Owner's Manual, maintenance schedule, specifications and any product recalls or safety bulletins.
Product recalls are specific to your vehicle and provide a full list of safety bulletins and recalls for your vehicle. They also show if the bulletins and recalls have been completed.
The maintenance schedule allows you to view your current recommended maintenance or use the filter to view upcoming and past maintenance recommendations. Always check your Owner's Manual for the proper maintenance intervals. Some items or components may need to be serviced more often due to severe use, such as operation in water or under severe loads. Start the interval process at the beginning if the vehicle has mileage greater than the listed selections.
The maintenance schedule also includes icons for items that should be serviced by an authorized Polaris Dealer, may be under severe use, fall under the California Emission Control Service or are recurring tasks.
My Appointments and Scheduling Service
The MY APPOINTMENTS tab is where you can see any scheduled and previous service appointments. Use the SCHEDULE SERVICE button to make an appointment.
Appointments can be made up to one year in advance, allowing you to schedule your regular maintenance appointments and assure they are as convenient as possible. Drop off your vehicle at a dealership, have your vehicle picked up for you, or have the dealership come to you and perform the necessary maintenance at your home or cabin. If you don't have an account, you can use your email address to check out as a guest.
To schedule service on the RideReady service platform, look for the SCHEDULE SERVICE button on the RideReady homepage.
If you already have a RideReady account, you can log in and find the SCHEDULE SERVICE button in the MY GARAGE tab. You also can use the guest checkout option and schedule without logging in.
After clicking on SCHEDULE SERVICE:
1. Select your vehicle. After clicking on the vehicle you wish to schedule service for, click NEXT in the bottom-right corner.
2. Select your method of service: Choose from Mobile, Transport, or Drop Off.
Mobile and transport will ask you to verify or add your address.
3. Select your dealer. If you have a preferred dealer, their information will display and be automatically selected. If you would like to find a different dealer, select FIND A DEALER in the bottom-right corner next to the NEXT button.
4. Select your service(s). Routine maintenance and repair options will display with prices. Please note that the prices below are for example only.
Click the information icon next to the service for more information on what the service includes.
Click SELECT to choose the service you would like to schedule. You can select multiple services. When ready, click NEXT.
5. Select your date and time. If you would like to dealership to help you schedule a time, click on the HAVE DEALER CONTACT ME button.
6. Finally, review your appointment and payment information. Enter your phone number to receive text message notifications regarding your appointment.
After all your information has been entered, click CONFIRM APPOINTMENT in the lower-right corner.
The HOW-TO tab takes to you the RideReady How-To Library. Here you can view model-specific maintenance videos with step-by-step instructions. Filter the videos by the vehicles in your garage or select a year, make and model to view content for that vehicle.
The SUPPORT tab offers answers to frequently asked questions, as well as a Dealer Locator and links to phone and email support.
