Parts, apparel and accessories can be purchased through Polaris online or at any Polaris Dealership.
Batteries carry a six-month warranty.
All other service parts carry a 30-day warranty.
Apparel and Accessories
Apparel carries a one-year warranty.
Technical apparel carries a three-year warranty.
Helmets carry a one-year warranty for repair or replacement.
Accessories carry a one-year warranty.
Polaris Power Generators carry a three-year warranty.
Parts, apparel and accessories covered by warranty that fail because of manufacturing defect will be repaired without charge or replaced at the discretion of Polaris.
Warranties start on the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a proof of purchase.
Factory installed parts and accessories are covered for the duration of the manufacturer's factory warranty for both parts and labor. Outside of the factory warranty, the part or accessory is covered for the remainder of the 12-month limited warranty, but labor is not included.
Some warranty exceptions apply.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you purchased parts, apparel or accessories online through the Polaris website or an authorized online store and need to warranty an item, call 800-765-2747 or contact Polaris by email.
If you purchased parts, apparel or accessories at an authorized Polaris Dealer or retailer, contact your dealer. To find a dealer near you, use the Dealer Locator.
If you purchased the item online and NOT through Polaris, the warranty policies and procedures must be addressed through the website you purchased from. Polaris does not warranty items that were not purchased directly through us.
