Return Requests

To help out your holiday season, any order purchased on or after November 1st will be eligible for a return through January 15th. 
Orders placed prior to November 1st are subject to our normal 30-day return policy.

Before you return an item purchased online, you must not use the product and you must keep it in its original packaging.

To start a return request, please contact the phone number listed on your packing slip, 800-304-6067, and have your order number ready along with the item numbers you want to return. With this information, your Customer Service representative will be able to open a return and provide you with a Return Authorization Number for your records. After the return is initiated, you will receive an automated email with complete return instructions.

After you have shipped back the items, track your package to ensure the safe return of the item. Save your tracking number in a safe place. You will need your tracking number in the event your return package is lost. When your item is received and accepted by POLARIS, you can expect a refund for your return to go to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

Please note, it may take up to 10 days to process the refund after your item has been delivered to our warehouse. We are unable to refund original or return shipping charges. Your return will be rejected if you return the item outside 30 days or if you return the item damaged.

Service manuals and fluids cannot be returned.
